We need to raise 300K to complete our Phase 1. We own the building free and clear and have already raised and completed over $1.2 million of work.

14,000 sqft on three floors in need of total renovation preserving the original character and structure.
Original 1914 Commercial Kitchen
The kitchen hasn't been used for the last 15 years and, when finished, will serve as culinary center for our social enterprise.
